Summary

The complainant alleged that the respondent, living illegally on the ground floor, had installed a rotating CCTV camera that tracked the complainant's and family's movements, and that unrelated persons could view the footage. The Police conducted a site visit and found that all cameras were capturing images inside the respondent's own property and that none were rotating.
