The facts

The complainant alleged on the CSU platform that his neighbour had installed CCTV cameras pointing towards his house. The Police reported that the respondent re-oriented the three cameras of concern away from the complainant's premises and removed one camera in the presence of the Police.

Orders and outcome

The Commissioner found the enquiry disclosed no offence under the DPA and closed it to the satisfaction of all parties.
