Summary

The complainant alleged that the respondent neighbour had installed cameras around the respondent's house, including one pointing directly at the complainant's window, which the complainant described as harassment. The Police conducted a site visit reviewing footage from four cameras and found none were capturing images from the complainant's premises, with all cameras capturing footage within the respondent's own premises for security purposes. The enquiry was closed under section 6 of the Data Protection Act 2017.
