The facts

The complainant alleged a neighbour had installed cameras around his house with one pointing directly at the complainant's window. The Police viewed the footage of all four cameras and found none captured images from the complainant's premises; the cameras were positioned to cover the respondents' own premises for their security.

Orders and outcome

The Commissioner closed the enquiry to the satisfaction of all parties under the Data Protection Act 2017.
