The facts

The complainant alleged a neighbour had fixed CCTV cameras facing towards her property. A Police site visit conducted in the complainant's presence found the respondent's footage showed no image of the complainant's premises or private property.

Orders and outcome

The Commissioner closed the enquiry to the satisfaction of all parties under the Data Protection Act.
