The facts

The complainant alleged that the neighbour opposite had installed rotating CCTV cameras capturing images inside his premises. A Police site visit found a rotating WiFi camera without a memory card capturing images inside the respondent's premises only.

Orders and outcome

The Data Commissioner closed the enquiry to the satisfaction of all parties.
