Summary

The complainant stated that the respondent, a neighbour residing opposite, had installed rotating CCTV cameras capturing images inside the complainant's premises. The Police conducted a site visit and found a rotating WiFi camera without a memory card capturing images inside the respondent's own premises only. The enquiry was closed under section 6 of the Data Protection Act.
