Summary

The complainant alleged that the respondent neighbour had installed surveillance cameras capturing images of the complainant's private property without consent. The Data Protection Office requested police assistance, and a site visit confirmed that none of the CCTV cameras were capturing images of the complainant's premises at any moment.
