Summary

The complainant alleged that a neighbour had installed two CCTV cameras, one facing the complainant’s main gate and the other facing the complainant’s door and windows rather than the neighbour’s own garage, eliminating the ability to open doors and windows. The Police conducted a site visit and found that none of the cameras were capturing images outside the respondent’s premises. The enquiry was closed to the satisfaction of all parties.
