The facts

The complainant alleged his neighbour's CCTV cameras faced his main gate and captured images of his yard, monitoring his movements despite requests to reposition them. The Police reported the respondent had re-oriented the cameras so they no longer captured images inside the complainant's premises, and the complainant, satisfied, withdrew his complaint.

Orders and outcome

The Commissioner found the enquiry disclosed no offence under the DPA and closed it to the satisfaction of all parties.
