Summary

The complainant alleged that a neighbour had installed CCTV cameras facing the complainant's main gate and yard, monitoring movements, and that the respondent had not repositioned the cameras despite being asked. Following a Police site visit, the respondent had already re-oriented the cameras, which were confirmed to no longer be capturing images inside the complainant's premises. The complainant withdrew the complaint and the enquiry was closed.
