Summary

The complainant alleged that the respondent neighbour had installed cameras facing the complainant's gate and the common entrance, and that the complainant's movements were being viewed. The Police conducted a site visit inspecting five cameras and found that none were capturing images inside the complainant's premises. The enquiry was closed under section 6 of the Data Protection Act.
