Summary

The complainant, writing in Mauritian Creole, alleged that a neighbour had placed a camera facing the complainant’s yard, watching the complainant and family daily, and that despite being told it would be redirected it remained in place for two months. The Police conducted a site visit and found that the camera was not capturing images of the complainant’s premises, consistent with a prior police report. The enquiry was closed to the satisfaction of all parties.
