The facts

The complainant alleged that a neighbour had installed three motion-sensing CCTV cameras, one of them a 360-degree camera said to be aimed at the complainant's house targeting his mother and sister, another at the women's section of a mosque and a third at another neighbour's house. A Police site visit found the three cameras installed at the respondent's residence did not capture any image towards the complainant's residence.
