Summary

The complainant alleged that his neighbour had installed three 360-degree motion-sensor CCTV cameras, one placed directly on his house targeting his mother and sister, one targeting the women's section of a mosque, and one placed at another neighbour's house. The Police conducted a site visit and found that three cameras were installed at the respondent's residence and did not capture any image towards the complainant's residence. The Commissioner closed the enquiry to the satisfaction of all parties under section 6 of the DPA 2017.
