The facts

The complainant alleged that a neighbour had installed CCTV cameras fixed on her mother's doorstep and asked the Office to verify the installation. Following Police advice the respondent changed the position of her camera, and the complainant withdrew the complaint.

Orders and outcome

The Commissioner closed the enquiry to the satisfaction of all parties under the Data Protection Act 2017.
