Summary

The complainant alleged that a neighbour had installed two security cameras fixated at the complainant's two gates of entry, characterised as malicious spying infringing on the family's privacy. Following a police site visit, it was found that the two side gates captured by the cameras were inside the respondent's own premises and were not used by the complainant following a family dispute.
