Summary

The complainant alleged that a neighbour had installed CCTV cameras covering a distance of approximately 15 metres to the complainant's house, with cameras facing the kitchen and bedroom windows, the house terrace, and the main door. Following a police site visit, the two disputed cameras had been repositioned by the respondent and were no longer capturing images of the complainant's premises, to the complainant's satisfaction. The enquiry was closed under section 6 of the Data Protection Act 2017.
