The facts

The complainant alleged his neighbour had installed three CCTV cameras facing his yard and house. The Police found only one of the three disputed cameras was capturing images inside the complainant's premises, and the respondent re-oriented it so it no longer did.

Orders and outcome

The Commissioner closed the enquiry to the satisfaction of all parties under the Data Protection Act.
