Summary

The complainant alleged that the respondent neighbour had installed three CCTV cameras facing the complainant's yard and house, violating privacy. The Police conducted a site visit and found that one of the three cameras was capturing images inside the complainant's premises, but the respondent re-oriented that camera so it was no longer capturing such images. The enquiry was closed under section 6 of the Data Protection Act.
