The facts

The complainant alleged his neighbour's CCTV cameras interfered with his private life and that the neighbour initially refused to reposition them. The complainant later informed the Office that the parties had reached an agreement on the cameras and asked for the complaint to be closed.

Orders and outcome

The Data Protection Commissioner closed the enquiry to the satisfaction of all parties under the enquiry provisions of the Data Protection Act 2017.
