Summary

The complainant alleged that his neighbour's CCTV cameras were interfering with his private life and stated that the respondent had initially refused to reposition them. The complainant subsequently informed the Office that an agreement had been reached with the respondent concerning the cameras and requested the complaint be closed. The Commissioner closed the enquiry to the satisfaction of all parties under section 6 of the DPA 2017.
