Summary

The complainant alleged that his neighbour had installed two CCTV cameras on the roof of his house pointing towards the complainant's yard. The Data Protection Office engaged the Police to conduct a site visit, and the Police confirmed that none of the cameras were capturing images inside the complainant's premises. The enquiry was closed to the satisfaction of all parties.
