Summary

The complainant alleged that a neighbour had installed a CCTV camera equipped with flash, sensors and speakers pointing towards the complainant's house, recording and monitoring the complainant's activities. Following a Police site visit, the camera was re-oriented and confirmed to no longer be capturing images inside the complainant's premises, with the complainant reported as satisfied. The enquiry was closed as no offence was disclosed.
