The facts

The complainant alleged a CCTV camera equipped with a flash, sensors and speakers was pointing towards his house and recording all his activities. The Police reported the camera was re-oriented and no longer captured images inside the complainant's premises, and the complainant was satisfied.

Orders and outcome

The Commissioner found the enquiry disclosed no offence under the DPA and closed it to the satisfaction of all parties.
