The facts

The complainant alleged continuous harassment from the presence of a neighbour's CCTV camera. The Police site visit confirmed no camera was installed in a way that captured passers-by or the public view.

Orders and outcome

The Data Protection Commissioner closed the enquiry to the satisfaction of all parties under the enquiry provisions of the Data Protection Act 2017.
