Summary

The complainant alleged that a neighbour had installed CCTV cameras pointing towards the complainant's house, specifically the bathroom and laundry. A Police site visit was conducted and the Police reported that one camera captured images of the respondent's own yard and the second captured images of a building owned by the respondent, with neither capturing images inside the complainant's premises. The enquiry was closed accordingly.
