Summary

The complainant alleged that her neighbour had placed surveillance cameras capturing areas directly affecting her private use, including her balcony and the entrance to her dwelling. The Police inspected the cameras and instructed the respondent to reposition them to capture images only within the boundaries of her premises. A follow-up site visit confirmed that the respondent had complied and repositioned the cameras accordingly, after which the Commissioner closed the enquiry.
