The facts

The complainant alleged her neighbour's cameras captured her balcony and the entrance to her dwelling. After a Police inspection the respondent was instructed to reposition the cameras to capture images within her own boundaries only, and a follow-up site visit confirmed she had complied.

Orders and outcome

The Data Protection Commissioner closed the enquiry to the satisfaction of all parties under the enquiry provisions of the Data Protection Act 2017.
