Summary

The complainant alleged that the respondent neighbour's cameras were pointed at and recording images from inside the complainant's property. A police site visit found no cameras capturing outside the respondent's premises; the complainant objected to the initial closure, prompting the office to request a further written statement and direct review of CCTV footage from the respondent, which confirmed the cameras did not capture the complainant's premises.
