Summary

The complainant alleged that a neighbour had placed a camera facing the complainant’s house and courtyard without required signage, and that the respondent had been resistant to police requests to reposition it. The Police conducted a site visit and found that the respondent was settled abroad and the premises were not equipped with a CCTV camera. The enquiry was closed to the satisfaction of all parties.
