Summary

The complainant alleged that a neighbour had placed CCTV cameras on the premises that were pointing towards the complainant’s store, enabling the respondent to view and save recordings of the complainant’s property. The Police conducted a site visit and found that the respondent voluntarily repositioned the camera in the officers’ presence. The enquiry was closed to the satisfaction of all parties.
