Summary

The complainant noticed the neighbour had installed a camera believed to be viewing the complainant's entire property. A Police site visit found that the disputed camera had been re-oriented and was no longer facing towards the complainant's premises. The enquiry was closed to the satisfaction of all parties under section 6 of the Data Protection Act 2017.
