Summary

The complainant alleged that one of the respondent's three cameras, located in the side alley, was capturing footage from the complainant's premises, with cameras flashing upon movement detection. The respondent initially declined to show camera footage to police, who then requested the respondent to reposition the cameras. Police subsequently confirmed the cameras had been adjusted and no DVR was found on a second site visit. The enquiry was closed under section 6 of the Data Protection Act.
