Summary

The complainant alleged that a neighbour had placed two CCTV cameras, one angled towards the complainant’s garage and room and the other facing the entrance, compromising privacy within the home. The Data Protection Office referred the matter to the Police, who conducted a site visit. The Police reported that the matter had been settled between the parties and the complainant did not wish to proceed further.
