Summary

Two complainants alleged that the respondent neighbour's CCTV cameras were facing their premises and depriving them of privacy. The Police conducted a site visit and found that the camera on the roof was capturing images within the respondent's compound only, and the camera on the wall was capturing images of the respondent's main entrance only. The enquiry was closed under section 6 of the Data Protection Act.
