The facts

Two complainants alleged their neighbour's CCTV cameras faced their premises, leaving them without privacy in their own house. The Police found the roof camera captured images only within the respondent's compound and the wall camera only his main entrance.

Orders and outcome

The Commissioner closed the enquiry to the satisfaction of all parties under the Data Protection Act.
