The facts

The complainant alleged that a neighbour had installed a CCTV camera pointing towards the complainant's house. On the Office's request the Police visited the respondent, who showed three sensor cameras at three corners of his yard; the cameras had been repositioned and the images captured did not go beyond the boundary wall.

Orders and outcome

The Data Commissioner closed the enquiry to the satisfaction of all parties.
