Summary

The complainant alleged that his neighbour had placed a CCTV camera pointing towards his house. The Police conducted a site visit and found three sensor cameras installed at three corners of the respondent's yard, and observed that the cameras had been repositioned so that the images captured did not extend beyond the boundary wall. The Commissioner closed the enquiry to the satisfaction of all parties under section 6 of the DPA 2017.
