The facts

The complainant alleged through the CSU Portal that his neighbour's CCTV cameras were pointed towards his premises, invading his privacy. The Police site visit found none of the cameras oriented towards or recording inside the complainant's premises and no evidence prejudicial to the complainant.

Orders and outcome

The Commissioner found the enquiry disclosed no offence under the DPA and closed it to the satisfaction of all parties.
