Summary

The complainant alleged that a neighbour had installed a camera directed towards the complainant’s house and greenhouse, capturing footage from the complainant’s property and causing family members to feel unsafe. The Police conducted a site visit and found that the camera was only capturing images inside the respondent’s own premises, installed for personal security purposes. The enquiry was closed to the satisfaction of all parties.
