Summary

The complainant alleged that a neighbour had installed CCTV cameras pointing towards the complainant's house and a public road. The Police obtained a written statement from the complainant indicating he was now on good terms with the respondent, denied access for a site visit, and stated the matter had been resolved by mutual agreement. The enquiry was closed to the satisfaction of all parties.
