The facts

The complainant alleged on the CSU platform that his neighbour's CCTV cameras pointed towards his house and the public road. The Police obtained a written statement from the complainant that he was now on good terms with the respondent, that the matter had been resolved by mutual agreement, that he declined a site visit and did not wish to pursue the matter.

Orders and outcome

The Commissioner closed the enquiry to the satisfaction of all parties.
