The facts

Complaining in Kreol Morisien, the complainant alleged that her neighbour's camera watched her private life, that the family had shown they could see into her home through her window at night, and that requests to move the camera were met with threats. The Police met both parties and found no camera capturing her premises or causing her prejudice, and the matter was settled between the parties.

Orders and outcome
