Summary

The complainant, writing in Mauritian Creole, alleged that a neighbour’s CCTV camera was surveilling the complainant’s private life including through the window at night, and that the neighbour had made threats against the complainant’s family. The Police conducted a site visit and found no camera at the complainant’s premises and no prejudice was caused, with the matter settled between the parties. The enquiry was closed to the satisfaction of all parties.
