Summary

The complainant, writing in French, alleged that a neighbour had installed at least six CCTV cameras with motion sensors triggered whenever the complainant entered the property, and that the neighbour refused to redirect them and made threats. The Police conducted a site visit and found that all cameras were displaying images within the owner’s own premises and none were facing the complainant's residence. The enquiry was closed to the satisfaction of all parties.
