Summary

The complainant alleged that the respondent's CCTV cameras were capturing images of the common road and the complainant's house and were directed towards windows, that night lighting caused disturbance, and that the complainant felt monitored. The Police conducted a site visit and found that a camera near the respondent's gate was capturing the entrance path only and was not capturing images inside the complainant's premises. The enquiry was closed under section 6 of the Data Protection Act.
