Summary

The complainant alleged that the respondent neighbour had pointed CCTV cameras at the complainant's house. The Police conducted a site visit and reported that the respondent had already re-oriented the cameras and the complainant confirmed satisfaction that the camera was now capturing footage of the respondent only. The enquiry was closed under section 6 of the Data Protection Act 2017.
