Summary

The complainant alleged that a neighbour had installed a rotating CCTV camera on the roof approximately one foot away from the complainant’s property, periodically focusing on the property and causing annoyance and discomfort. The Police conducted a site visit and found that there was no clear view of the complainant's residence. The enquiry was closed to the satisfaction of all parties.
