The facts

Complaining in Kreol Morisien, the complainant alleged that his neighbour had installed a rooftop camera facing his yard and house to watch his private actions, including one camera facing his daughter's window at close range, and that the neighbour asserted this was his right. The Police obtained the respondent's statement with evidence, viewed the footage, and found the camera was not taking images inside the complainant's premises.

Orders and outcome
