The facts

The complainant alleged that a neighbour had fixed a camera on a first-floor wall pointing directly at the complainant's front yard, leaving the family feeling observed at every moment. The Data Protection Office asked the Police to investigate and conduct a site visit. The Police reported that the position of the two disputed cameras had been readjusted and that their images no longer captured the complainant's premises.
