Summary

The complainant alleged that a neighbour had fixed a camera at the first floor wall directed at the complainant's front yard, causing the complainant and family to feel observed at all times. Following a police site visit, the two disputed cameras had been readjusted and their images were no longer capturing the complainant's premises.
