Summary

The complainant alleged that a neighbour had installed CCTV cameras with audio recording capability facing the complainant's main entrance and capturing movements of the complainant and family members. A Police site visit was conducted; the Police reported that one camera was not working and the other was capturing images only inside the respondent's premises. Following the complainant's objection, a written statement from the respondent was obtained confirming no cameras were capturing images inside the complainant's premises.
