The facts

The complainant alleged the respondent installed CCTV cameras without his consent, facing his house. A police site visit found the three cameras at the respondent's premises had been repositioned and none captured images inside the complainant's premises.

Orders and outcome

The Data Protection Commissioner closed the enquiry to the satisfaction of all parties under the closure provision of the Data Protection Act.
