Summary

The complainant alleged that the respondent's camera was capturing the complainant's and family's daily movements, and that the respondent had previously refused a police request to remove the camera. A police site visit by the Data Protection Office subsequently found that the cameras were capturing images inside the respondent's premises and yard only. The enquiry was closed under section 6 of the Data Protection Act.
