The facts

The complainant alleged the respondent's camera captured his and his family's daily movements, and that the respondents had refused an earlier police request to remove it. A police site visit found the cameras were capturing images inside the respondent's own premises and yard.

Orders and outcome

The Data Protection Commissioner closed the enquiry to the satisfaction of all parties under the closure provision of the Data Protection Act.
