The facts

The complainant alleged his neighbour installed cameras without consent, possibly with audio recording and capturing his entrance. The police reported that the CCTV camera installed at the respondent's premises was removed.

Orders and outcome

The Data Protection Commissioner closed the enquiry to the satisfaction of all parties under the closure provision of the Data Protection Act.
