Summary

The complainant alleged that the respondent neighbour had installed a camera facing the entrance of the complainant's premises, enabling monitoring of the complainant's movements. A police site visit found two cameras on the respondent's premises; inspection confirmed neither camera was capturing any images, whether inside or outside the property boundaries.
