Summary

The complainant alleged that a neighbour had installed multiple CCTV cameras directed towards the public road, the complainant's home, entrance, front yard and driveway, continuously recording family movements without consent. A Police site visit confirmed the cameras were not directed towards the complainant's house; the complainant objected to closure and a written statement was obtained from the respondent with supporting evidence confirming no images were captured inside the complainant's premises, which was also confirmed in the Police report.
