The facts

The complainant alleged her neighbour had installed three cameras on the wall of her house facing the street to spy on her. The Police confirmed the respondent's cameras were not capturing images of the complainant's premises, and noted the complainant had installed CCTV cameras of her own.

Orders and outcome

The Data Protection Commissioner closed the enquiry to the satisfaction of all parties under the enquiry provisions of the Data Protection Act 2017.
