Summary

The complainant alleged that her neighbour had installed three cameras on the wall of her house facing the street and was using them to spy on the complainant. The Police conducted a site visit and confirmed that the cameras were not capturing images of the complainant's premises, and also noted that the complainant herself had installed CCTV cameras. The Commissioner closed the enquiry to the satisfaction of all parties under section 6 of the DPA 2017.
