Summary

The complainant alleged that a neighbour had placed two cameras capturing the complainant’s yard, garage, and children’s room, and was using the cameras to monitor when family members left and returned home. The Police conducted a site visit and found that the two cameras had been repositioned to capture images only inside the respondent’s property, with the complainant expressing satisfaction. The enquiry was closed to the satisfaction of all parties.
