Summary

The complainant alleged that a neighbour had placed two cameras capturing the complainant’s yard, garage, and children’s room, and was using the cameras to monitor when family members left and returned home. The Police conducted a site visit and found that the two cameras had been repositioned to capture images only inside the respondent’s property, with the complainant expressing satisfaction.
