The facts

The complainant alleged the respondent fixed cameras pointing at his wife's and daughter's room and his yard. A police site visit found the cameras were pointing directly towards the complainant's house. The enquiry was nonetheless closed to the satisfaction of all parties.

Orders and outcome

The Data Protection Commissioner closed the enquiry to the satisfaction of all parties under the closure provision of the Data Protection Act.
