The facts

The complainant alleged that a neighbour had placed a CCTV camera on an electricity pole focused on the complainant's main entrance, and had responded with foul language when confronted. On a Police site visit the footage was viewed with the respondent's consent and the camera was found to have been repositioned so that it no longer captured images outside his premises.

Orders and outcome

The Data Commissioner closed the enquiry to the satisfaction of all parties.
