Summary

The complainant alleged that his neighbour had placed a CCTV camera on an electric CEB pole focused on his main entrance, causing prejudice to his privacy, and that the respondent had used foul language when confronted. The Police conducted a site visit and found that the camera had been repositioned and was no longer capturing images outside the respondent's premises. The Commissioner closed the enquiry to the satisfaction of all parties under section 6 of the DPA 2017.
