Summary

The complainant alleged that a neighbour had installed a CCTV camera pointing towards the complainant’s compound, causing discomfort and a sense of privacy violation. The Police conducted a site visit and found that none of the eight cameras installed were capturing images inside the complainant’s premises. The enquiry was closed to the satisfaction of all parties.
